Lovely people, great service and good knowledge. Had several issues with my car and although my tyre was changed (best value if you book online) the staff were so kind to check other issues I had with my battery.

Poor level of service I booked in with a time to have the tyres changed on my van.
When I got to the garage I was told I would have to leave it with them as I needed the van for work and only allowed 1.5hours for the change. I was no other choice but to ask for the online order to be cancelled.
What a joke of a company.
Have just wasted an hour of my time
Have just wasted an hour of my time, plus the fuel, by arriving at the tyre centre as booked on line to find that the tyres ordered had not arrived! This is not down to the staff at the centre who was apologetic and I gather it had happened earlier to another customer. The online ordering process is straightforward and prices good but wasted if it does not deliver the promised (and paid for) service. Now awaiting a phone call to see if the tyres arrive this afternoon. Clearly the online system and on the ground communication needs improving.

Having had puncture and feel complete…
Having had puncture and feel complete helpless a very kind man put the glue into my tyre to enable me yo get to National tyres. The young man came to me as soon as I arrived and was extremely helpful knew exactly what the problem was and with 5 minutes I had the advice I needed and I have ordered new tyres and I’m having them fitted on Saturday. Excellent service by very helpful staff. Will definitely use again
Extremely helpful manager
The manager and his team at our local branch in Bishop's Stortford are always helpful whether you need 4 new tyres or just a tyre valve replaced. I recommend them to all my friends.
New battery
Visited today to discuss a new battery. The website had identified the wrong battery for the car so after checking it out the mechanic Luke confirmed what was needed. He was polite, well informed and very helpful. I will definitely visit again

Waste of time
What can I say, after waiting 2 weeks for my tyres to get mobile fitted the date got moved. Okay I got informed about that in time and everything fine but coming up to the day that the tyres should have got fitted half way through the day waiting like an idiot I get an email saying "oh we are sorry but those tyres are not in stock" FANTASTIC communication and waste of a day thanks

Mobile unit didn't turn up.
Booked in an appointment for the mobile unit, when they didn't turn up contacted, the order line was then told that they transfer the information from their online systems manually to the mobile guys system and the wrong day had been booked. As you would expect there was a reason I booked it for that day, as I was in. They could only offer an appointment a week later so I cancelled.
However although they take you money straight away, I need to wait 7 days to get it back. Don't recommend using their mobile service

Easy to order oil change online
Easy to order oil change online. Got £5 off as well. A lot cheaper than surrounding garages and good to be able to book a day and time for the service to be carried out. All in all, would use again.
